The Roberts Creek Residence is situated on a waterfront property in Robert’s Creek on the Sunshine Coast, B.C. The long and narrow site demanded an elongated design, comprising a series of single level halls connected by a covered throughway. A collection of similar parts, these halls are placed within the environment to create ample living space without overtaking the sensitive landscape.
With expansive ocean views and warm wood finishing, the house reflects the liminal space between forest and ocean, providing an elegant bridge between the two.
